FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How much do you guys usually charge?

We have a variety of options, depending on what type of event you're hosting.



FOR COFFEE HOUSES & OTHER PUBLIC VENUES

We work with a few places who prefer to pay a flat rate fee + Tips, and some who offer a percentage of the till during our performance time + Tips. 



We are committed to working with you to create an entertaining environment, while maintaining a level of professionalism.

 

FOR PRIVATE EVENTS (Parties: Anniversary, Birthday, Wedding Receptions, etc.)

We usually base our fee on the following scale:



Example: 1 hour =$150.00

                2 hours=$250.00

                3 hours=$325.00

                4 hours=$400.00



We are also willing to try to work with you on your budget, to provide the best experience for your event.

Do you have your own equipment, or will you need a P.A. system?

We have our own sound system, and will work to be sure to maintain a mutually beneficial sound level while performing.

I want to have a party in my back yard. Are you able to do these types of events?

We are. We have sung everywhere from a back patio/porch to moving the furniture around and setting up in the living room! If you've got an idea on where you'd like to have your event, we only need at least one electrical outlet if amplified sound is needed.

What kind of electrical requirements do you need?

We typically only need one electrical outlet to run our portable sound system.



If your event is going to be outside, and after dark, we are able to bring additional lighting, if needed. This would require at least one additional circuit, preferably on a separate breaker.

SHOW ME THE MONEY! (Finance Questions)

When do you need to be paid? Is a deposit necessary?

We prefer to be paid in full at the time of completion. We understand that under certain circumstances, a check will need to be distributed through a corporate office or other source.



If that is the case, a payment of 1/2 the amount will be due prior to the event, and the remaining 1/2 paid upon completion.



If any paperwork, such as a W9 or other form for the finance department is needed, we can usually get those filled out and returned early, to help expedite payment at time of completion.

Do I need to sign a contract with you?

As a business, we prefer to have the terms of our agreement in writing, but it is not required, especially in an environment where we are only performing for Tips.
